Maintenance Supervisor

Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance as per the approved maintenance plan.

Ensure equipment and systems are inspected and maintained according to the required schedule.

Monitor maintenance checklists and ensure proper completion and documentation.

Identify potential defects and recommend corrective action to minimize equipment breakdowns.

Follow up on breakdowns and maintenance complaints until the required rectification is completed.

Escalate major technical issues to the Maintenance Manager/Coordinator.

Ensure required tools, spare parts, equipment, and materials are available for scheduled and corrective works.

Prepare material requisitions when required and coordinate with the relevant department.

Ensure proper use, storage, and control of tools, equipment, and materials.

Ensure work areas are kept clean and properly maintained after completion of maintenance activities.

Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures.

Ensure technicians and workers use appropriate PPE and follow site safety requirements.

Identify and report unsafe conditions and potential hazards.

Ensure maintenance work meets required quality standards and client specifications.

Prepare daily work reports and maintenance updates.

Maintain records of completed jobs, breakdowns, inspections, pending works, and corrective actions.

Update management regarding work progress, site issues, and outstanding maintenance activities.

Submit photographs, checklists, and supporting documents as required by the company or client.

Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, HVAC, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably as a Foreman or Maintenance Supervisor.

UAE/GCC experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or similar operations is preferred.

Good technical knowledge of general maintenance activities and troubleshooting.

Previous experience supervising a multicultural workforce.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and maintenance reporting, is preferred.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Strong leadership and manpower supervision skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to plan, allocate, and prioritize maintenance works.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance situations.

Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, management, clients, and site personnel.

Good reporting and documentation skills.
