Maintenance Supervisor-3rd Shift

· Interpret specifications, blueprints, or job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers.

· Compile operational or personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results.

· Ensure effective positive employee relations to motivate employees and to improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Provides coaching and counseling opportunities to resolve employee related concerns, which may require assistance from Human Resources and/or TTD Leadership

· Provide assistance for emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

· Maintain regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

· Correspond with vendors as needed relative to maintenance contracts and other required services associated with the day-to-day maintenance operations at TTD.

· Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

· Responsible for the people leadership of the maintenance technician team, including supervision, performance management, training, and administration of the maintenance apprenticeship program.

· Authority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear.

· Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above.
