Role Overview
The Junior Maintenance Technician supports building operations by performing waste management, and basic maintenance support duties while assisting the Maintenance Services team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the property. The position is designed as an entry-level maintenance role and includes structured, on-the-job training in basic maintenance skills, building systems, and fire and life safety fundamentals. Working under the guidance of Maintenance Technicians and Senior Maintenance staff, the Junior Maintenance Technician develops hands-on experience while contributing to the day-to-day operational needs of the building.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Assist with or independently complete garbage compactor operations and general groundskeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe property environment.
- Support Maintenance Technicians and Senior Maintenance Technicians during scheduled building walks and inspections.
