Maintenance Planner

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate personnel requirements for department

maintenance and equipment repairs to reduce equipment downtime, minimize

cost, and contribute to production efficiencies with the interaction of Department

Manager.

Ensure satisfaction of internal customers.

Identify and implement improvements to equipment. Determine root cause of equipment failures and implement solutions to eliminate repetitive downtime.

Continually evaluate effectiveness of PM’s. Update PM’s as needed.

Train maintenance employees as needed. Determine spare parts needs and requisition necessary parts to meet these needs with the input from Maintenance Planners. Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards Perform other duties as required.
