The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating facilities, production maintenance, calibration, and planned shutdown activities in support of cGMP manufacturing operations. This role uses the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Excel, and Microsoft Project to build executable maintenance schedules, maintain accurate work order data, support compliance-ready documentation, and optimize equipment availability while minimizing impact to production. The position also supports implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CMMS processes.

Education & Experience
Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience working in a maintenance planner, scheduler, or maintenance coordination capacity in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Three or more years of experience with facilities and/or production maintenance in a regulated industry, preferably manufacturer of sterile drug products and/or medical devices preferred.
Experience utilizing an automated PM scheduling, work order, spare parts, and calibration software package (Maximo preferred).
cGMP audit management preferred.
Laboratory and manufacturing environment. Position may require weekend and/or evening work.
