Maintenance Planner - Projects Implementation and Master Data

As a Maintenance Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency and performance of our manufacturing operations. Working closely with maintenance teams, production leaders and external service providers, you'll plan and coordinate maintenance activities that keep our equipment running safely and effectively.

You'll be responsible for developing maintenance schedules, managing resources and contractors, and driving best-practice maintenance planning through SAP. You're a proactive planner who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to complex operational environments. You thrive on collaboration, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy solving problems before they impact production.

You'll bring:

Experience in maintenance planning, reliability, asset management or a related maintenance role.

Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, industrial or similar operational environments.

Knowledge of maintenance planning principles and preventative maintenance strategies.

Experience working with SAP or a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, maintenance and external partners.

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

Strong planning, organisation and project coordination skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital systems.

A trade qualification, technical background or relevant maintenance experience will be highly regarded.
