We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team and play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and supporting production performance.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will develop and coordinate maintenance plans and schedules across the site, ensuring preventative and predictive maintenance activities are planned effectively and completed safely with minimal disruption to operations.
Develop and coordinate weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans and schedules.
Manage preventative and predictive maintenance work orders through the CMMS.
Coordinate shutdowns, major maintenance projects, contractors, parts and resources.
Monitor maintenance performance, analyse breakdown trends and identify reliability improvements.
Maintain accurate asset records, maintenance history and KPI reporting.
Support Root Cause Analysis, continuous improvement and initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.
Provide hands-on technical support during major breakdowns, shutdowns and critical maintenance activities.
Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitting & Turning, Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in maintenance planning within an industrial, manufacturing or processing environment.
Experience using a CMMS and strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance.

Knowledge of converting machinery, including sensors, PLCs and servo drives.
Strong planning, prioritisation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings and equipment documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with LEAN Manufacturing, TPM or Continuous Improvement will be highly regarded.
Experience in laundry, food manufacturing or high-volume production environments will be advantageous.
