Maintenance Manager

Purpose

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement a service-centric strategy for overseeing guest needs while executing scheduled maintenance
• Ensure clear and efficient communication at all levels, from the General Manager, to guests and on-site contractors
• Report and track programmed maintenance while keeping stakeholders engaged, including external contractors with email and telephone communications
• Foster close collaboration with all departments to effectively address and resolve issues as they arise

Skills and Experience

• A dynamic leader with a background in maintenance or engineering, within the realm of strata/ MLR operations
• Possesses strong administrative and computer proficiencies alongside outstanding abilities in stakeholder management and negotiation
• Confident in comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance
• Ability to perform emergency maintenance tasks beyond regular working hours, including situations such as complete power outages, fire system evacuations, and mechanical system failures
