Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Manager based in Sharjah, with flexibility for partial remote work.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including the inspection, repair, and servicing of equipment and facilities.
The role will require creating and implementing preventive maintenance plans, managing maintenance teams, and coordinating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
The Maintenance Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards and provide timely reporting on maintenance activities and improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair.
- Experience in Maintenance Management with a focus on optimizing resources and processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance operations.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience in managing maintenance for media or broadcasting equipment is a plus.
