This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role located in Riyadh.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee and manage the maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising preventive maintenance, overseeing repairs, managing maintenance personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Strong Maintenance Management skills, including planning and coordination
- Ability to oversee Maintenance & Repair tasks and ensure timely execution
- Effective Supervisory Skills to manage and lead a team
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to maintenance activities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing settings is an advantage
