Do you have the following?

Previous management experience in maintenance

A minimum of two years’ experience in a wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance

Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition

Strong leadership skills with the experience to motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team

Proven planning and budgeting experience with excellent attention to detail

Good organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
