Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and improving all maintenance, facilities, utilities, and TQM activities in accordance with company quality policies, operational standards, performance objectives, and management directives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual work and development plan according to the objectives set by the General Management and in accordance with the approved Quality Policy of the company.
  • Implement the annual work and development plan according to the approved controls and achieve the established objectives while submitting monthly reports to the General Manager in accordance with the approved company systems.
  • Manage complaints records and non-conformance reports related to the department quality systems and establish and implement corrective actions to ensure non-recurrence.
  • Manage and establish controls to ensure that the department daily operations are aligned with the approved quality systems and policies of the company and fixed work schedules, including but not limited to the following:
  • Facilities overall Management of TQM by improving all aspects of the products through constant cycle of BICMD.
  • Performs periodic comprehensive TQM System Audit through sampling and to present findings to illustrate TQM system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous improvement of TQM, PL according to Functional Quality, Service, Cost Requirement and waste reduction through Lean Management.
  • Facilities overall Management of Production Lines by improving all aspects of PL's through constant cycle of BICMD.
  • Performs periodic comprehensive TQM & PM Production Line System Audit through sampling and to present findings to illustrate PL system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and Development of Facilities Products in line with customer requirements and in accordance to Stakeholders requirements to ensure achievement of performance, safety and quality functional standards.
  • Consolidation, Preparation and Assessment of Utility operational performance through KPR's with trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Monitor & Ensure completion of Facilities Developments in accordance with established schedule.
  • Monitor & Ensure achievement of Facilities Operational KPI's and Key Financial Indicators in accordance with set targets and values.
  • Execute any other duties mentioned in the Quality Management System related to the department.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the position.

General Qualifications Requirements

Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook

Terminology in Engineering, Quality & Production

Min 3 TTS as Section Head in Preventive Maintenance Operation and Management

Certifications in ISO-9001 & 22000, FSMS-LvI4, OSHA, 6 Sigma, PMP
