Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager oversees day-to-day maintenance and technical requirements for the venue.
The role ensures facilities, equipment and systems meet high operational and safety standards.
The role is hands-on and covers preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal disruption to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across the venue.
- Maintain MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other technical systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and technical issues promptly.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential risks.
- Coordinate external contractors, suppliers and service providers.
- Manage maintenance records, reports, spare parts, tools and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and maintenance standards.
