Role Description
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and managing vendor relationships for external maintenance services.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing resource utilization to reduce downtime.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site and remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage maintenance teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques to ensure consistent operational efficiency and longevity of machinery.
- Experience in Maintenance Management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance projects and budgets.
- Hands-on skills in Maintenance and Repair to address day-to-day operational needs and emergencies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to facility and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Previous experience in facilities or equipment management is highly desirable.
- Technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
