About the Role
FL Technics LLC, a GCAA-approved Part-145 Maintenance Organisation, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead aircraft line maintenance operations in UAE. The role involves managing day-to-day maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a technical team, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day to day maintenance operation
- Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Supervisors, Licensed Aircraft Engineers, Engineers, Technicians, and support staff
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers
- Work closely with Planning, Quality, Safety, Logistics, Commercial, and other departments
- Support regulatory audits, customer audits, and authority inspections
- Monitor departmental KPIs and operational performance
- Support business growth and implementation of new maintenance capabilities
- Contribute to the company's strategic objectives as a member of the management team
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role within a Part 145 Maintenance Organisation
- Strong knowledge of GCAA CAR 145 and/or EASA Part 145 requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision making skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a nominated Post Holder – Maintenance (preferred)
- EASA and/or GCAA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (preferred)
- Experience with Boeing 737 NG/MAX and/or Airbus A320 Family aircraft (preferred)
- Experience within a multi customer line maintenance environment (preferred)
- GCC/Middle East aviation experience (preferred)

- FL Technics LLC, part of Avia Solutions Group, is a GCAA approved Part 145 Maintenance Organisation providing aircraft line maintenance services to international airline customers.
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operation in UAE.
- This is a senior management position responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations while leading a highly skilled technical team.
- The successful candidate will also be expected to fulfil the responsibilities of Post Holder – Maintenance in accordance with GCAA requirements.
