Role Description
- The Owner role at Business & IP Centre in New Taipei City is a full time, on site position responsible for leading and overseeing the local business support operation.
- The Owner will manage day to day activities, including supervising staff, coordinating workshops and events, and ensuring visitors receive high quality guidance on business planning and intellectual property matters.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management within a startup or small business environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Knowledge of business planning, market research, and basic financial management, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with intellectual property concepts (e.g., trademarks, patents, copyrights) or a willingness to learn them quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to support and advise a diverse range of entrepreneurs.
- Ability to work on site full time in New Taipei City and manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
