Job Purpose
Ensure the reliability, availability, safety, and efficient performance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and civil assets within ISTP.
Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maintain treatment capacity, effluent-quality compliance, and plant availability.
Maintenance Management
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs covering process stages and utilities.
- Prepare maintenance plans and review work orders, method statements, risk assessments, and maintenance reports.
- Investigate breakdowns and critical failures and ensure permanent resolution.
Asset Reliability and Performance
- Monitor asset condition, reliability, availability, maintenance costs, and performance against design and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain equipment criticality assessments and conduct root-cause analysis of repeated failures and major breakdowns.
- Support annual availability, capacity, and performance testing.
CMMS and Records
- Manage the CMMS and ensure plant assets have accurate technical data, maintenance schedules, and spare-parts information.
