About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Foreman to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for residential villas.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and capable of leading a maintenance team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate villa maintenance activities including civil, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Plan and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians.
- Communicate effectively with property management and tenants regarding maintenance schedules and updates.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out
