Are you a gun maintenance fitter looking for a role where your skills are actually used?
- We're not after someone to just turn wrenches and go home. Timbertruss runs advanced automated manufacturing — CNC machinery, industrial robots, conveyors — and we need a sharp, experienced fitter who wants real project work, continuous improvement, and a team that knows what they're doing.
The Role
Permanent day shift with a 16-person maintenance team (fitters, electricians, planner & manager) across three shifts. You'll handle breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and hands-on improvement projects on sophisticated automated equipment.
You'll need
Cert III – Mechanical Trade (C10 Fitter)
Hydraulic & pneumatic experience
Strong fault-finding skills
Manufacturing maintenance background
Highly regarded
Welding & fabrication capability
CMMS experience (we use MEX)
Continuous improvement mindset
