Maintenance & Facilities Manager

• Broad knowledge of a discipline such as Chemical, Electrical or in Materials Science & Engineering B.S degree- 4-year college education .
• Over 5 years and up to and including 7 years of progressive learning experience.
• Ability to use considerable judgment to work independently toward general results, to devise new or modify requirements such as budget, equipment, etc. and make related decisions controlled by precedent.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Working conditions will expose employee to dust, cold, heat, noise, fumes, vibrations, etc .
