Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for utilities and production machinery.
- Perform inspections, lubrication, calibration, condition-based checks, and predictive maintenance where applicable.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and track MTTR and MTBF.
- Maintain equipment history cards, CMMS records, breakdown logs, and maintenance reports.
