The opportunity
The Maintenance Engineer supports the reliability, safety and performance of plant, machinery and site equipment.
The role works with Senior Engineers, Engineering Managers, Production staff, contractors and colleagues across shifts.
Maintenance and improvement
- Complete all planned preventive maintenance activities on time and provide feedback to improve the PPM system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of plant, machinery and maintenance activities.
- Identify persistent problems and suitable solutions with the Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager.
- Improve equipment performance, reliability and the running costs of parts and consumables.
- Repair equipment safely and promptly while keeping Production updated.
