We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer – Machine Reliability to improve the reliability, maintainability, and long-term performance of advanced manufacturing equipment.

This role focuses on identifying equipment reliability issues before failures occur, analyzing root causes, and developing engineering solutions that improve machine uptime and lifecycle performance.

• Monitor and improve the reliability of manufacturing equipment through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate equipment failures, recurring issues, and machine performance trends to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Work closely with maintenance mechanics, electrical engineers, controls engineers, and production teams to diagnose machine issues and implement permanent solutions.
