Role Overview
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering role focuses on safety compliance, timely high-quality preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and high equipment availability.
The position combines maintenance engineering, facilities supervision, site operations, and technical support for a fulfillment center.
Shift Pattern
- The role includes a non-traditional shift pattern that may include nights and weekends.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance for fulfillment center assets, including material handling and automation systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, controls, sensors, scanners, motor starters, relays, limit switches, drives, inverters, sorters, and mechanical components.
- Provide technical guidance for material handling equipment and building maintenance.
Facilities and Compliance
- Manage day-to-day engineering and soft services, including housekeeping and premises upkeep.
- Oversee facility operations, conveyor maintenance, maintenance work, subcontractors, and facility systems checks through a computerized maintenance management system.
