Role overview
The role is a Maintenance Team Leader in a factory maintenance environment serving logistics, distribution and automated material handling operations.
The successful candidate will lead the engineering team while remaining hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Location and shift
- The position is based in Kempston, Bedford, in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.
- The role operates on a three-shift pattern.
Salary and benefits
- The advertised salary is £51,000 to £53,000.

Maintenance leadership
- Lead the engineering team and allocate workloads across day-to-day engineering priorities.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance for automated systems, conveyors and material handling equipment.

- Support engineers with complex breakdowns and remain hands-on with electrical and mechanical fault finding.
