Maintenance Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment through planned and reactive maintenance. You will predominately work on refrigeration storage cabinets, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to minimize downtime. This position is key to maintaining safe operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role. Experience with refrigeration systems would be highly advantageous, particularly within a temperature-controlled or manufacturing environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday Location: Swindon, UK 100% Onsite

Maintain and improve manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across refrigeration storage cabinets and production equipment.

Deliver fault finding and root cause analysis activities to resolve issues quickly.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to maximize plant performance.
