- Execute emergency repairs with precision and speed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery adhering to schedules and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
- Operate and maintain specialized diagnostic equipment and tools, ensuring calibration and readiness.
- Conduct safety inspections of machinery and work areas, proactively identifying and mitigating hazards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand equipment status and prioritize urgent repairs.
- Install, modify, and repair mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints and schematics.
- Participate in on call rotations, providing 24/7 support for unexpected breakdowns and critical incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, diagnosing and resolving critical equipment failures to minimize downtime.
