Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the agreed timeline
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and management
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and productivity
- Monitor material usage, raise material requests, and prevent wastage
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, site records, and documentation
- Identify site issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in supervising and coordinating daily site activities

- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Ability to manage manpower allocation, attendance, and productivity
