Zachry Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent to lead and oversee industrial maintenance activities at the CPC Cedar Bayou facility in Baytown, Texas.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing maintenance personnel, subcontractors, and client relationships within a heavy industrial or petrochemical environment.
Candidates must have strong mechanical maintenance experience involving equipment such as pipe fabrication systems, furnaces, heat exchangers, filters, reactors, extruders, compressors, and boilers.
This position requires exceptional leadership, planning, budgeting, safety, and execution skills to ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
