Must Have Technical And Functional Skills
Mainframe Developer with Payments domain expertise to design, develop, enhance, and support mission-critical payment applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong mainframe development skills and hands-on experience with payment processing systems, including ACH, Wire Transfers, SWIFT, Real-Time Payments (RTP), and ISO 20022 messaging standards.

Minimum 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Perform application enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
- Develop and support payment processing applications for ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, SEPA, or ISO 20022 payment flows.
- Work closely with business teams to implement payment regulations and compliance requirements.
- Support payment investigations, reconciliation, exception handling, and settlement processes.
- Participate in payment modernization and migration initiatives.
- Strong experience in: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, File Processing & Batch Scheduling
- Experience with Endevor, Changeman, ISPW, or similar source control tools.
- Knowledge of MQ Series, FTP, and API integrations.
- Experience with production support and incident management.
