Machine Repair Technician

Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting for malfunctioning or damaged equipment.

Deliver professional customer support while upholding a high standard of customer-facing service.

Utilize SAP to oversee and ensure the availability of site parts inventory.

Organize and monitor repair cases using the Salesforce platform, maintaining comprehensive notes and real-time status updates.

Perform regular inspections and testing of production machinery.

Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and hazard-free at all times.

1 years of experience in a machine repair or field service role.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training in electro-mechanical concepts is desired but not required.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Basic understanding of measurements, computations, and calculations.

Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM systems) is highly preferred.
