Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate power press machines and related production equipment including mechanical and pneumatic kick presses
- Load raw material and unload finished parts from machines
- Monitor machine operation to ensure safe operation and consistent product quality
- Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using gauges and basic measuring tools
- Record production counts and complete in-process checks per work instructions
- Stop production and notify supervision if quality or machine issues arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with general factory duties including packing, sorting, and material handling as needed
