Full Job Posting

Operate and maintain CNC lathes and milling machines.
Verify finished parts meet dimensional specifications.
Identify and report non-conforming parts.
Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and blueprints.
Ensure machine centers, tooling, fixtures, and precision measuring equipment are maintained and in proper working condition.
Fit and assemble machined metal components and subassemblies using hand and power tools as required.
Accurately complete work package documentation to ensure product traceability.
Perform routine daily inspections, care, and preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment
Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Standard Manufacturers Services Ltd.'s Lean Manufacturing program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safe work practices.
Four 10-hour shifts.
Day and Evening shifts available.
Friday to Sunday.
Three 12-hour shifts.
Minimum of two (2) years machining experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post-secondary education in machining or a related trade is considered an asset.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
