Machine Operator

2+ years of roll-forming or any metal forming experience .

High school graduate.

Proficient in speaking and writing English.

Knowledge and use of tools such as measuring tape, cutting shears, strapping machine.

Able to neatly fill out production and quality reports.

Able to operate forklift and overhead crane (preferred).

Demonstrated personal attributes such as integrity, open‑mindedness, strong observation skills, and perseverance.

Fast learner and collaborative team player with strong initiative.

Proven ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Able to work in a fast-paced plant and warehouse environment.

Perform tasks in multi-temperature environment/conditions.

Able to work overtime as required.

Able to lift products weighing up to 50lbs.
