Compensation

• Base pay starts at $18.00 plus $2.00 shift differential.
• Weekly pay schedule.
• On-demand pay available.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00PM – 10:00PM, hours may vary depending on operations.
• The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
• Potential for overtime.

Workplace

• Onsite work at 999 Park Place, New Albany, IN 47150.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the workday and 80lbs as needed.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Safety glasses and ear plugs must be utilized as instructed.
• Must be willing to obtain a license to operate motorized equipment.
• If applicable, may need to be certified to operate a crane.
• Safe work performance is required from each Associate at all times.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals.
• Required to wear or use personal protective equipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions.
• Comply with all legislative requirements as outlined by Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
