Machine Operator - Nights

We're seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support our production team by operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a collaborative team.

Rotating Night Shift 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on

3rd Shift 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Monday – Friday

**Shift premium available for select shifts. After six months, team members are eligible to request a shift transfer.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of machine operation experience or demonstrated mechanical aptitude. If you do not have previous machine operation experience but have strong mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply-we are willing to train the right candidate. The ability to handle conflict and differing opinions in a constructive and professional manner, in alignment with The Placon Way, is essential. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English at a level that supports safety, training, and quality requirements.
