Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion machinery to manufacture high-quality monofilament fibers according to production orders and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain efficient, high-quality production processes.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
- Ensure proper winding of filament on spools, maintaining consistent tension.
- Package finished products and prepare materials for upcoming production cycles.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and complete machine-related charts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What You Bring to the Team
Education : High school diploma or GED required.
Experience : 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with Lean Sigma concepts is a plus.
Skills : Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and basic math proficiency.
Dependability : A strong sense of reliability, including excellent attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements : Capability to lift up to 55 pounds, perform bending and stooping, and stand for up to 12 hours in an industrial environment.
