Pay: Starting $20.00-$24.00 per hour DOE

$2,000 Sign On Bonus eligible ($1,000 after three months of employment, $1,000 after six months of employment)

• Completes extrusion equipment set-ups, start-ups, change-overs and shut-downs, as required by standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules
• Performs process adjustments as needed to ensure that the product meets dimensional tolerances and visual quality criteria
• Performs on-line product quality inspections, identifies quality issues, and troubleshoots film extrusion process as necessary
• Maintains production tooling, dies and other extrusion equipment to ensure best operational condition of the equipment, performs cleaning and light preventive maintenance tasks
