The Machine Operator I is the entry level manufacturing position.

The Machine Operator I is responsible for manufacturing products safely and efficiently to support the achievement of company objectives.

The Machine Operator I reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

• Follow all process documents, such as work instructions, procedures, inspection criteria. Report results in appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) and communicate non-conformances to leadership.
• Manufacture products in alignment with defined output standards as measured by daily operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility of schedule when pursuing training opportunities to achieve personal and company objectives.
