Responsibilities
- Set up and operate offset printing presses for various print jobs
- Review job orders and ensure correct paper, plates, inks, and specifications are used
- Perform make ready procedures, including plate mounting, ink adjustments, and registration setup
- Monitor print quality throughout production, ensuring color consistency, registration accuracy, and adherence to customer requirements
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine, print quality, and production issues
- Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of printing equipment
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
- Follow all company quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 15 years experience on Heidelberg CD102
- Experience with 4 color + coating unit is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of color control and troubleshooting
- Experience in packaging printing (boxes and board work)
- Ability to run the machine independently
- UAE experience preferred
- Immediate joining preferred

- We are urgently hiring a skilled Heidelberg CD102 Operator for our printing press in Dubai. We are looking for a professional operator with strong experience in Heidelberg CD102 (4 color + coating unit), model 2000 or newer.
Requirements
- Adjust feeder air settings, feed guides, and sheet delivery mechanisms to match the paper size, thickness, and substrate type.
- Run test sheets and check for quality issues such as ghosting, streaking, misregistration, or incorrect dot gain.
