Job Description
The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidery on garments and accessories, ensuring each piece meets our brand’s design and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce fashion garments and accessories
- Set up hoops, threads, stabilizers, and garments according to design specs
- Run and monitor embroidery jobs for accuracy and consistency
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, placement, and detail
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work closely with the design/production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Experience operating embroidery machines preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work with delicate and high-end fabrics
- Understanding of garment construction and placement is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fashion or apparel brands
- Familiarity with machines
- Knowledge of embroidery software
- Passion for fashion and craftsmanship
