Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment and bottling machinery efficiently.
• Ensure smooth functioning of filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Perform routine machine inspections before and after production.
• Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality standards.
• Monitor water filtration systems including RO, UV, and ozone systems.
• Check pressure gauges, temperature controls, and machine settings regularly.
• Identify machine malfunctions and report technical issues to maintenance teams.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and food safety regulations.
• Record daily production data, machine performance, and downtime reports.
• Assist in loading raw materials and packaging supplies into machines.
• Reduce wastage and ensure efficient utilization of materials.
• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) during production processes.
• Coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of bottled water products.
• Wear required PPE and maintain workplace safety at all times.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and shutdown procedures.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of water treatment and bottling operations.
• Ability to operate automated and semi-automatic machines.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification.
• Experience in bottled water, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with RO plants, filling machines, and packaging equipment.
