Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday
You will be responsible for effectively operating and organizing assigned growth and fabrication processes and analytical equipment to meet all growth schedules.
This role requires adherence to established procedures, work instructions, safety protocols, and accepted practices while supporting fabrication operations, equipment maintenance, data collection, and process monitoring.
The successful candidate will work in a laboratory and production environment and will be expected to maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, equipment performance, and adherence to established processes.
All employees are required to follow site EHS procedures and COHERENT Corporate EHS standards.
This position may require a pre-employment physical and ongoing medical testing.
Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or other applicable standards that apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
