Overview
- Operate and monitor blown film extrusion equipment, ensuring optimal film quality and production efficiency, including start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures.
- Perform routine adjustments to the extruder, die, and cooling systems based on film characteristics and specifications to maintain product consistency.
- Conduct regular quality checks, including measurements of film thickness, width, and clarity, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying and resolving issues related to the extruder, die, or downstream equipment to minimize downtime.
