Overview
- Adherence to cGMP regulations and SOPs.
- Perform Daily activities as per HSE standard procedure.
- Machine cleaning, setup, change over and operation.
- Line clearance for the next product or the next Batch.
- Execution of the process according to written procedure in the BMR's & BPR's.
- Entering of all Data in the Batch record and reconciliation of the Batch before submitting the document to the Area Supervisor.
- Checking and recording of In-process checks in the BMR's & BPRs.
- Enter all related data in the equipment/Room logbook.
- Daily and monthly calibration of Balances and other IPQC instruments.
- Maintain the machine and change parts safety and perform 1st line machine maintenance.
