Responsibilities
- Set up machines to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Feed product into machine
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Maintain activity logs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a manufacturing production setting
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds multiple times throughout shift
- Able to stand, walk and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Manual dexterity
- Visual acuity
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective equipment gear)
- This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves walking, standing, pushing/pulling, and lifting of materials throughout the shift.
