Description & Requirements

• As a Machine Operator / Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our full line manufacturing operation. Based on your experience, you may support various positions across the facility while helping drive productivity and meet customer commitments.
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals
• Follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail to support on time delivery

Work week starts 3rd shift Sunday night
