• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.

Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.

What we offer:

• $20/hr to start + $2.00/hr shift premium for 3rd shift, with potential raises thorough out first year, plus year end production bonus
• Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime when you want it
