Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Tasks given by Team Leader daily, ensure that your responsibilities are completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded.

• Ensure 5's Activities are being implemented and monitored
• Safe work environment is always first priority make sure everything you are doing is safe and if you believe something is not safe please inform
• Balance safety, quality, morale, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Ensure that quality finished goods are being built and that they meet the customer’s quality specifications in a safe and efficient manner.
• Team members must follow established policies and procedures.
• Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes.
• Be constructive in feedback and instructions.
• Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management.
• Making sure all process sheets are filled out daily: Start up checklist, In-Process Inspection Sheets, Feeder Logs
• Work Stations are cleaned before your shift is over
