Sets up and operates bag-making equipment to produce bags to customer specifications, while monitoring quality, making machine adjustments, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Flexographic printing experience preferred

Operates wax-coating or wax-processing equipment, applies or forms wax coatings/patterns to product specifications, and performs quality checks to ensure consistent production standards.

• Able to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and other written work instructions; basic math and computer skills
• Excellent mechanical ability and manual dexterity – ability to use hand tools highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Non-temperature-controlled environment
• Pull, push, lift, move, and adjust products/materials up to 50 lbs .
• Periods of long standing, walking, and consistent lifting
• Work with sharp tools; hearing protection , eye protection, and steel-toed shoes required
• Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness strictly enforced
